I have been tinkering (in games) with using Osiris in an anti-Special Summon variation with Light of Intervention and such though, given most monsters that do end up Normal Summoned have 2000 or less DEF. Special Summoning pretty much being the new "Normal" Summon as well as Card of Safe Return being banned, so no "infinite draw" combo with Manticore x2-3 and whatnot. Once per turn, during the End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned: Send it to the GY. Neither player can target this card with card effects. When Normal Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated. This card's Normal Summon cannot be negated. I could see Osiris staying the same minus the Summoning bits to match Obelisk X = number of cards in your hand and destroys any Normal Summoned or Flip Summoned monster by your opponent with 2000 or less DEF. 112 listings on TCGplayer for Obelisk the Tormentor - YuGiOh - Requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set). otherwise, Ra just seems like the weakest of the God Cards with Obelisk probably being the strongest, at least with how the game is these days. Tribute 3 Neo-Parshath while Sanctuary is out with an over 20,000 LP lead on the opponent or just Special Summon it with like.over 30,000+ LP, lol.I can definitely see the "ATK and DEF = respective ATK and DEF of Tributes" the same, but as I said, I hope they at least improve the effects for when Special Summoned, if only slightly.Ī.) Pay 1000 LP to destroy all monsters your opponent controls and remove them from play, ignoring any and all card effects, but you can't attack that turn.ī.) Pay all but 1 of your LP and its ATK/DEF becomes equal to the amount paid, but it becomes unaffected by card effects that turn, but also is the only monster allowed to attack and cannot attack directly and/or it can attack all your opponent's monsters once each. Also use Ra (in games) in my Sanctuary/LP gain Deck and whatnot. I once had a Obelisk Deck like on the games (stardust Accelerator and co) and have one thought up, lol.
